I thought I should mention that at the beginning of the process the appraisal of your home is quite unnerving. Many of us are amateur agents with access to online advertising and have "a clue" about the value of our homes (and a hope of what it's worth too!). Other agents who visited were far less equipped to explain their valuations, in one case a preconceived perception clearly prevented them from considering anything else. Gary took time to fully explain how he had appraised the property, he went into more detail than the obligatory waving of house details that have recently sold close by. This gave me confidence to instruct his agency to market our property; he was spot on and we sold exceptionally quickly.
The excellent service we received alleviated the stress experienced when moving home and as I was dealing with two moves at this time, their actions went a very long way. "
