Then we will pass any enquiries on to you to arrange the viewings and gather feedback, we can advise on how best to qualify any offers you receive and help you source legal quotes/ financial advice for you, all so you can ensure your sale runs as smoothly as possible.
All of this for a low upfront fee – But with the option to upgrade at any point to our outstanding traditional marketing option and with your upfront fee deducted from our commission, so you lose nothing at all!
