Despite the new restrictions, the housing market remains open! The new government guidelines confirm that if you are looking to move house, then you can still arrange physical viewings and valuations; and of course, we will be continuing to wear face coverings, sterilising well and wearing shoe covers for all our appointments. However, we also appreciate that not everyone will be comfortable with inviting new people into their homes, so if a virtual appointment would be more convenient, then, of course, we can arrange this as well.
