At Latcham Dowling, we take our responsibilities seriously, whether it’s being entrusted with the marketing and sale of someone’s property, or dealing with a purchase we want to make the process as stress-free, simple and as safe as possible for everyone involved. This means that we follow the Government Guidelines closely to ensure we keep you safe, as well as ourselves! So, as well as maintaining appropriate distancing wherever possible, we will also be wearing face coverings on all appointments and we ask anyone we are viewing with to do the same (Sellers don’t need to wear them in their own home), we will also wear shoe coverings for all our appointments and carry sterilising fluid with us at all times.
